White Lilly Oak is a very pale off-white oak look with small knots and a soft washed finish. It makes rooms feel bigger and lighter and suits white or grey kitchens. This is the 5 mm vinyl plank version, glued down to the subfloor. It is not timber: the oak look is a printed layer under a clear wear layer. The same colour also comes as an 8 mm hybrid plank.
1524 × 230 mm planks, 5 mm thick, with a 0.5 mm wear layer and a PUR surface treatment. Use class 33 (commercial) and 42 (industrial) under ISO 10874. Slip rating P3 (AS 4586) and R10 (DIN 51130), fire rating Bfl-S1, suitable for castor chairs. Eight planks per pack (2.80 m², 27.2 kg). The manufacturer's warranty is 25 years for homes and 15 years for commercial use.
Glued-down vinyl sits low, so it is useful where height is limited, for example next to existing tiles or under doors that can't be trimmed. It feels solid and quiet underfoot compared with a floating floor. It suits kitchens, living areas, rentals, offices and shops. Water on the surface won't hurt the plank; for bathrooms and laundries we use an adhesive suited to wet areas. It is not for shower recesses or anywhere with regular running water.
Because the plank is thin and glued down, the subfloor has to be smooth, flat and dry, or bumps will show through. That usually means a moisture test on a slab and a levelling compound before the planks go down. We check this at the measure and include the preparation in the quote. If you have underfloor heating, please talk to us before choosing; engineered European oak is the floor we approve over heating. Please note that vinyl can't be sanded.

Questions
Each pack covers 2.80 m². 30 m² plus 10% is 33 m², and 33 ÷ 2.80 = 11.8, so you would order 12 packs.
No, it is a vinyl plank with a printed oak look under a 0.5 mm wear layer. If you would prefer real timber, we suggest our engineered oak.
Vinyl plank is thinner, glued down and quieter underfoot, but it needs a very smooth subfloor. The 8 mm hybrid floats with its own underlay and copes better with a floor that is flat but not perfect. We can recommend the better option for your subfloor at the measure.
