So, I am not expert in flooring at all, we just settle a new house and the timber looks very raw and we have no idea how to deal with it. We thought about doing DIY first, but the staffs from Bunnings recommended us to get professionals Instead of doing DIY for floor sanding and painting, and that’s how/why we found Primecon on the Web. Kate was my main contact, she was very friendly, and patient providing me with quote, and payment conditions, It took two days for us to confirm all the details. The quote was [amount removed]. Before we’re about to start, I sent her a picture of our floor. She said, to be honest with you, I think your floor doesn’t need any treatment at all. She could have taken the money and just do my business regardless, but instead she chose to be honest And telling me the floor is ready to move in. For this, I cannot appreciate more. She hasn’t even taken my deposit yet, I have got nothing to repair her so I decided to leave her a five star review as a thank you!! We need a lot more honest small business like this one!! Absolutely fantastic experience with the team at Primecon Timber Flooring. They provide competitive pricing and high-quality flooring solutions. Kate was incredibly friendly, approachable, and a real pleasure to work with. She offered excellent advice on both colour and material choices, which made the decision process so much easier. Communication was clear and consistent throughout, from the initial quote, on-site measurements, scheduling, installation, to post-installation follow-ups. The installer was professional, efficient, and paid great attention to detail. The workmanship was top-notch, and they even cleared all the rubbish before leaving. I am extremely happy with the results and would wholeheartedly recommend Primecon to friends and family.
Primecon flooring did an excellent flooring job. We replaced the carpet upstairs with timber flooring. They have different quality timber flooring materials & lots of color. The price was reasonable. Kate was very patient and friendly. She was in constant contact & followed up issues thoroughly. The job was completed in 3 days & the new flooring looks great. Highly appreciated & recommend. I came across Primecom Flooring because it’s right next to my gym. After visiting a few other places, my wife and I dropped into the store—and we’re so glad we did. Kate was fantastic from start to finish. She later came out to our home and suggested the Royal Walnut engineered herringbone, which turned out absolutely amazing. We’re extremely happy with the result and highly recommend Primecom Flooring!

We recently had the team remove old carpet and install new floorboards to our apartment. The team was professional, punctual and took great care in their work and in our home. One contact, and staying in touch
Most reviews mention the person who looked after them. That is the main contact for most customers, from the first showroom visit through the quote, the measure and scheduling, to follow-up after the install. Erica said she was "very patient and friendly" and said she "followed up issues thoroughly". Gaurav said communication was "clear and consistent throughout, from the initial quote, on-site measurements, scheduling, installation, to post-installation follow-ups", and that she gave "excellent advice on both colour and material choices". Jane wrote that she "explained the process".
How the house was left
The installers are mentioned next, mostly for how they left the house. Chris said "everything was left clean and tidy once the job was done". When people do talk about the boards, it is usually to say they matched what they were shown. Tong said the engineered flooring was "exactly as described". Tom and his wife found the showroom because it is "right next to my gym", and after we came out to their home they chose an engineered herringbone we suggested. Chris said the new boards had "transformed the place".
The review about a job we didn't do
One review isn't about a floor we laid at all. Tina had a quote from us for sanding and coating the floor in her new house. Before the job started she sent us a photo, and we told her, "to be honest with you, I think your floor doesn't need any treatment at all". Tina hadn't paid a deposit, and she kindly wrote a review anyway. We feel it reflects how we like to work.
